Project (Bathroom) Runway -or- Latest Fashions in Paris

Everyone keeps telling me that Siale needs to be toilet trained by now. I have read that there are certain signs that act as an indicator of readiness. Interest in flushing, got that; tells you when she has gone #1 or #2, not so much; doesn't go during a nap, again, not so much. Certain other signs that just indicate readiness. But Siale just doesn't seem ready to me. I think my biggest clue was this:
